I am working on Internet addiction, specifically I am studying the relationship between autonomic stress reactivity and craving in problematic Internet users, and the neural mechanisms of emotional inhibitory control in social networking addiction (ERP study using an emotional go-nogo task). My long-term plan is to investigate the risk factors of Internet addiction, with focus on psychobiological mechanisms that underlie inhibitory control, emotion regulation, and cue-reactivity.
